Log construction, boarded with foliage, single-nave with not separated, chancel closed on three sides. Covered with a gable roof. In the center of the ridge there is an octagonal ridge. Inside, there is a mannerist main altar from the beginning of the 20th century. 17th century. and a baroque pulpit from the end of the 17th century.

U 3 km to the north. east. – Church Evening. Village, seat of the commune office. Mentioned in the 14th century. as a settlement situated on the border of the Wyszogród and Płock lands. Parish Church. pw. st. Stanislaus the Bishop, built before 1905 r., neo-gothic-neo-romanesque, brick and stone. A three-nave with a transept and a chancel closed on three sides.

Commemorative monument 36 soldiers from 20 DP killed in September 1939 r., and buried at the local cemetery.

At distance 7 km to the north. east. from Wieczfnia Kościelna – Grzebsk. A village on the Orzyc River. Mentioned as the Grebezco castle in 1065 r. W 1502 r. a parish was erected here. Stanisław Grzebski came from here (1524-72), professor at the Krakow Academy, mathematician and surveyor, expert in ancient languages (Hellenistic and Hebrew), author of the first Polish geometry textbook, issued in 1566 r. Ring-shaped stronghold with a diameter of approx. 65 m and the height of steep embankments to 10 m, surrounded by a moat, located on the edge of the Orzyca valley, dated on the 11th century. From the West. traces of a borough and remains of an early medieval cemetery. W XII c. the stronghold was the seat of the castellany. Parish Church. pw. st. Leonard with 1712 r., rebuilt in 1882 r., wood. Log construction, boarded. Built on an elongated octagonal plan. The chancel is strongly elongated, three-sided closed. from the east. tower of pole structure covered with an onion-shaped cupola with a lantern. There is an octagonal ridge on the ridge. Inside, there are baroque altars from the 18th century. and the mannerist pulpit from 1 Then. 17th century. In the main altar there is a locally worshiped statue of the Mother of God with the Child in the type of the so-called. beautiful madonnas, late gothic, from the end of the 15th century. At distance 7 km from the village of Wieczfnia Kościelna – Tansk-Przedbory. On the right bank of the Orzyca river, at distance 1,5 km to pin. zach. from the village, is early medieval, a conical settlement called the "Mound" with a concave platform and steep slopes. It is dated on the 11th-12th centuries. There is a skeletal cemetery nearby with a stone border around the graves, dated on the 11th century.
