Old Town

OLD TOWN

For guests visiting Warsaw for the first time, we offer 3-4 an hour-long walk around Warsaw's historic Old Town, which is included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. We present the main attractions, which are worth seeing:

  • Walk along the former Royal Route towards Plac Zamkowy along Nowy Świat and Krakowskie Przedmieście streets. On the way, we pass the Nicolaus Copernicus monument, beautiful baroque churches, former palaces, magnate residences, buildings of the University of Warsaw and the Presidential Palace;
  • A moment of rest in the "Zakąski Przekąski" bistro serving traditional Polish snacks or coffee in the exclusive café of the Bristol Le Meridien hotel;
  • Castle Square with the Royal Castle and Sigismund's Column;
  • Old town streets, gothic cathedral of St.. Jana, Old town square (the possibility of screening a film about Warsaw in English at the Historical Museum of Warsaw);
  • Monument to the Heroes of the Warsaw Uprising;
